Q3: What is the process and charge for custom products?

A: If you have a hand-drawn picture, a physical object or a specific product size, we need to charge a mold fee of US$30 (complex textures will be quoted separately). If you order more than 100 pieces, we will waive the mold fee. After payment, we will send you a CAD drawing for confirmation in about 3 days, and then start producing samples.
