Q1: How to deal with product quality issues of 925 sterling silver rings?

A: We have professional quality inspectors to inspect before shipment to ensure that there are no problems before shipment. If you have any problems after receiving the goods, please take photos or videos to me within 30 days. If it is confirmed that it is a problem with our product, we will reissue it in your next order. If it is a factory problem, we will reissue it in the next order or deduct products of equal value.

Q2: The product lost stones, I want to return it?

A: It is normal for the product to lose stones during wearing. We will send you some stones in your next order, and you can try to repair it first. If it cannot be repaired, I will apply to send you a new one or refund the amount.

Q3:Missing, wrongly delivered, or the wrong size was delivered after receiving them?

A: Please provide us with photos or videos. After verification, we will resend the products in your next order or deduct the price difference in your next order.

Is palladium plating done before rhodium plating? What is the default thickness of palladium plating

Rhodium plating: Bottom layer electroplated silver (approximately 0.6 micrometers, unlimited thickness ), middle layer palladium plating (approximately 0.015 micrometers, maximum thickness 0.05 micrometers), outer layer rhodium plating (0.015-0.02 micrometers, maximum thickness 0.1 micrometers). Rose gold/gold plating: Copper models electroplated copper base, silver models electroplated silver base.

Will the color of your silver jewelry fade in a short period of time?

Generally, we will add a protective layer for you for free if you electroplate real gold to ensure that the jewelry will last longer. But if you electroplate rhodium or silver, you don't need to worry about fading.If you experience fading after wearing it for a short period of time, please contact us and give us feedback in time, and we will give you a perfect solution.

What plating colors do you have?

Rhodium plating, silver plating, gold (9k/14k/18k/22k/24k), rose gold, black gold plating.....We offer a variety of options, rhodium plating, silver, rose gold, black, vintage craft, gold (9k, 14k, 18k, 22k, 24k...).

Are your silver jewelry pieces waterproof?

Yes, our jewelry is waterproof; however, to extend its lifespan, we recommend storing it in a sealed bag when not in use. Please note that contact with seawater—which contains salt—can accelerate corrosion on the surface of the product.

What grade is zircon? Can I upgrade the quality of zircon?

Our current stock style of zircon is 3A, if you need to customize your own style, we can use the stone according to your needs, not only zircon, we can also make other styles of natural stones.

In addition to 925 silver, what other materials do you offer?

We currently focus on 925 silver products, and we also support brass products.

Are there discrepancies in the electroplating colors?

We recommend providing a sample for custom color matching. Since the specific shade and intensity of electroplating can vary from one factory to another, having your own physical sample allows us to plate your products as closely as possible to your desired color.

Is there a better method for color retention?

We could opt for a thicker plating layer, but this would increase the cost. Alternatively, we can apply a protective coating for you free of charge.
